Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic proposals to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven decision-making
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
- Patent novel concepts and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching futuristic products (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Strong financial modeling and portfolio management skills
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder communication abilities
- Published research or patents in relevant domains
