Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review or IEEE Spectrum
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML systems to 10M+ users
- Deep expertise in Web3.0, metaverse architecture, and decentralized governance
- Security clearance or government tech contracting experience
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese for global collaboration
