Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 level
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STELLA, AnyLogic)
- Experience with EU Horizon 2030 or US CHIPS Act programs
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
