Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-era technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Design human-centric interfaces for next-generation neural interfaces
- Partner with futurists to anticipate technological disruptions and market shifts
- Secure patents and publish white papers on breakthrough 2026 innovations
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
- Oversee pilot programs for holographic communication systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing AI/ML systems with >99.99% accuracy
- Expertise in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) since 2020
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi)
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (IEEE 7000-2022)
