Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Vision Project, ensuring alignment with quantum computing and AI integration milestones
- Lead a cross-functional team of 15+ specialists in robotics, neural networks, and sustainable materials science
- Drive innovation in human-AI symbiosis through rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate quantum adoption
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices across all project deliverables
- Mentor next-generation talent in emerging technologies while maintaining project velocity
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in quantum computing or AI transformation
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ full-lifecycle projects involving neural network optimization
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on human-machine interaction or quantum applications
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for experimental tech initiatives
- Fluency in agile methodologies with ability to deliver in ambiguous environments
- Certification in quantum computing from recognized institutions (e.g., IBM Quantum)
