Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum AI and biodegradable electronics
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital transformation strategies
- Manage a $2M+ annual innovation budget with agile resource allocation
- Present breakthrough concepts at global tech summits and patent 3+ innovations annually
- Mentor a team of 7 futurists and prototype engineers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on 2020+ innovations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio of 5+ patented or commercially deployed future-tech solutions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) and Agile methodologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
