- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers and industry conference presentations
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, STEEP analysis)
