Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and societal needs

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum-resistant cryptography)
- Develop strategic partnerships with global research institutions and governmental innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biometric technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation-first culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotechnology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futurology, or related field (PhD preferred)
