Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Architect strategic frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Present executive-level briefings on future technology disruptions and opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of innovation partners and research institutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused design thinking methodologies
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
