- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present visionary technology blueprints to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and AI decision frameworks
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical implications on digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with 80%+ execution success
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar on technological singularity topics
- Experience with scenario planning for black swan events in tech ecosystems
- Certified in Futures Thinking (CFP) or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ implemented disruptive technology transformations
