- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Advise C-suite on strategic investments in emerging tech ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work implications
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism/innovation roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech frameworks
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- PhD or Master's in Technology Futures, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) or equivalent expertise
- Published author or speaker on technology evolution topics
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
