- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting future innovations
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal mentorship
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends with 80%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (scenario planning, technology adoption curves)
