- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption and deployment
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
