Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI and quantum computing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends and disruptors
- Develop and deliver executive-level technology briefings and innovation roadmaps
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Oversee R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and blockchain architectures
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2019-2024)
- Experience scaling technology teams across global markets
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Deep network of relationships with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, or similar institutions
