Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/neurotech)
