Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to shape 2026+ strategic vision
- Develop foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings and strategic recommendations to guide cross-functional initiatives
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry forums, and predictive analytics
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems to identify first-mover advantages
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, climate tech) and commercial applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
