Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR) to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future technology risks
- Design and implement innovation frameworks integrating sustainability metrics with technological advancement
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Represent the company at global tech summits, publishing whitepapers and thought leadership on 2026 tech trajectories
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrated experience in future-casting methodologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, and sustainable tech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech specialization
