Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and emerging biotech
- Develop and publish annual technology foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technological concepts into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments toward breakthrough innovations with 5-7 year horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Future Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analysis or thought leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
- Strong network with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, or similar institutions
