- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into commercial opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist research team
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting our 2026 strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in business strategy with measurable ROI impact
- Experience building and managing high-performing technical teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Prior experience at Fortune 500 or fast-growth tech scale-up
