Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, and space exploration domains
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Advose on ethical implications of disruptive technologies and responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level narratives
- Published thought leadership in futures research or technology forecasting
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or similar institution)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven foresight methodologies
