- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic futures to C-suite and board with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-create future solutions
- Anticipate societal shifts and regulatory impacts to inform resilient technology strategies
- Mentor futurist talent and cultivate a culture of anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist or foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Published thought leader in technology futurism (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives across multiple industries
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and strategic foresight deliverables
