Responsibilities

- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons and futurist workshops across global offices
- Monitor geopolitical and market signals affecting technology adoption timelines
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Document and disseminate future-state scenarios through white papers and executive briefings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or technology scenario planning
