Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological innovations
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework
- Partner with R&D to prioritize emerging technology investments
- Create strategic briefings for C-suite on disruptive tech implications
- Design scenarios for technology adoption and market disruption
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences and summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Technology, Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Experience advising C-level executives on technology disruption
