Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for technology adoption, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in VR/AR, IoT ecosystems, and sustainable tech
- Advose C-suite on ethical implications of emerging technologies and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Translate complex tech concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders, investors, and public audiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable impact (quantifiable ROI required)
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, and sustainable tech ecosystems with published thought leadership
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex interdependencies across tech, society, and economics
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
- PhD or Master's in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
