Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future visions into actionable initiatives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their impact on business strategy
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateX as a future-focused industry authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, and biotech
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech and innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations
