Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends and forecast industry disruptions for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using cutting-edge tools
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry conference keynotes
- Manage innovation pipeline and prioritize technology investments based on market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or D3.js
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS certification)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
