Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026+ horizon) and translate insights into strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for futuristic applications
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Author thought leadership content on the future of technology and its societal impact
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential acquisition or partnership
- Design scenarios for technological disruption and prepare organizational response strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation
