Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients, aligning technological capabilities with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) positioning FutureForge as a future-shaping authority
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers to inform strategic insights
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development and investment priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism with proven impact on enterprise innovation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis skills with demonstrated ability to predict market shifts
- Track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience delivering executive-level presentations and thought leadership
- Portfolio showcasing future-focused projects or published foresight research
