Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 3-5 year technology foresight framework for 2026 ecosystem
- Conduct horizon scanning across emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Translate complex tech trends into executive briefings and strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members
- Author thought leadership pieces on technology convergence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in forecasting tech adoption curves
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
