Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market disruptions and opportunities
- Present foresight reports to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or technology innovation
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published research in futurism or technology ethics (strongly preferred)
