- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers and conference presentations
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline and track adoption rates of emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions for industry challenges
- Advise executive team on ethical implications of technological advancements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating market shifts (e.g., blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience with patent analysis and competitive tech landscape mapping
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
