- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess market readiness for enterprise integration
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with organizational vision and investor expectations
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI development and responsible tech deployment
- Pioneer industry partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Deliver strategic briefings to stakeholders on emerging tech trends and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends with 90%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI safety
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- PhD or Master's in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience building tech innovation ecosystems with Fortune 500 partners
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and tech adoption lifecycle models
