Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, machine learning ethics, and cybersecurity paradigms
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams in agile development environments
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
