As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, academic partners, and industry disruptors to shape the future of human-computer interaction, sustainable tech, and quantum computing applications. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investment decisions and product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation briefs for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in Foresight, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent
