- Develop commercialization strategies for neuromorphic computing breakthroughs
- Coordinate global policy compliance for emerging tech governance frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in exponential technology adoption methodologies
- Present strategic vision at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Neurotechnology with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/AI journals on human-machine symbiosis
- Proven track record deploying systems processing >10^18 operations/second
- Expertise in ISO 20700 tech foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Security clearance for Tier-5 quantum infrastructure projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum assembly languages
