Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with corporate vision and global innovation trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate futuristic technologies into product development pipelines
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, quantum systems, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of industry pioneers, academic researchers, and venture partners
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to cultivate a culture of radical creativity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of forecasting technology disruptions and commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect technical possibilities to market opportunities
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patents in advanced technology domains
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and strategic modeling software
