Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk)
- Track record of launching tech ventures valued >$100M
- Expertise in blockchain governance and DAO frameworks
- Certification in Sustainable Technology (ISTE/SEI)
