Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web4.0) and forecast 5-10 year market impacts
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning R&D, product, and operations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry forums
- Mentor technical teams in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS/Engineering; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in enterprise environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in technology publications
