Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence

- Conduct horizon-scanning research on nanotechnology and climate tech disruptions
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Strategize partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and global innovation hubs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and government technology councils
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-AI symbiosis or quantum applications
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi method or similar forecasting frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of ISO 20700 ethical AI standards and GDPR compliance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
