- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate industry disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Oversee R&D initiatives for next-generation technology adoption
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or foresight roles
- Proven track record of transforming emerging technologies into market-ready solutions
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or exponential technologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
