Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurology
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 impact
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech adoption curves
- Expertise in scenario planning using Monte Carlo simulations
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Track record of patenting at least 3 exponential technologies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
