- Develop cross-functional technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate next-gen solutions for 2026+ market demands
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-ready strategies into product roadmaps
- Monitor competitor landscapes and disruptor ecosystems for strategic insights
- Present futuristic concepts to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Foster an innovation culture by championing experimental technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record translating emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech) into commercial value
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex futures
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE)
