- Design technology adoption roadmaps with 18-24 month implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investors quarterly
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting innovation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government tech initiatives
- Author annual 'Future State' technology trend reports
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing 2020+ technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Impact Assessment
