Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (Web3, AI autonomy, spatial computing)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and quantify ROI for strategic adoption
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and automation deployment
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof capabilities into core offerings
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal innovation communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum, AR/VR, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)

- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
