Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology foresight strategies aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions (AR/VR, quantum AI, etc.)
- Establish industry partnerships with tech giants and research institutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Mentor innovation teams in design thinking and agile methodologies
- Author white papers on future workforce automation and human augmentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published research or patents in exponential technologies
- Experience with global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
