Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience with AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech domains
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- PhD or Master's in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Strategy preferred
