- Produce annual Horizon Report on industry transformation vectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing and AI research labs
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Present at global tech summits as company futurist ambassador
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (e.g., AI adoption, Web3)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with Delphi methodology and technology horizon scanning
- Exceptional data storytelling and strategic visualization skills
