As a key member of our C-suite strategy team, you'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and executive leadership to transform speculative concepts into actionable roadmaps. Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends and societal shifts through 2030 using quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and human augmentation technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future market opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against future-state benchmarks
- Advose C-suite on ethical implications of disruptive technologies and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial products or policies
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or frequent speaker at Davos, CES, or similar high-impact forums
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning software)
- Experience building innovation pipelines for Fortune 500 organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives launched in the past 5 years
