Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging innovations
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies including quantum AI and neuromorphic computing
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance in 2026+ contexts
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience building scenarios for disruptive industry transformation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, cross-impact analysis)
- Track record of incubating technologies from concept to commercialization
