Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting initiatives to identify emerging trends with strategic implications for 2026+
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuro interfaces) into core offerings
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning the company at industry forefront
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing solutions at scale
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities with demonstrated scenario planning expertise
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decision-making
- Strong network within futurist communities and technology innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
